Our Inspiration

Buying your first home, buying an investment property, selling you family home, moving out for the first time and leasing out your investment are big moments in your life and should be enjoyable and celebrated.  As Beth and Scott know all to well, a rental and/or sales agent can make those moments stress free and add to the good vibes that should be felt or completely detract from them. At Alumuna Property we do not take this responsibility for granted and it is our mission to enhance our clients big property moments.

Our Background & Story

Alumuna Property originated from Beth and Scott's belief that achieving top financial results is possible while at the same time enhancing the real estate experience for their clients through better communication, better knowledge, more professionalism and better advice for investors, tenants, buyers, sellers as well as industry stakeholders more broadly.

Scott and Beth as professionals have bought, sold, renovated, rented and leased out their properties multiple times. It is through these interactions that they have witnessed and experienced how each of these services could be significantly improved to enhance the experience and service clients get from their property manager and sales agent. Alumuna Property is the result of their bad experiences and then collective determination and belief that better services and solutions can be achieved alongside top financial results.

Beth has worked in the property industry for 14 years for companies such as Raine and Horne, LJ Hooker, Belle Property and JLL. She started as a Receptionist in her first full time job after high school. Since then Beth has worked as a Property Management Assistant, Property Manager, Head of Department - Residential Property Management, Commercial Leasing Executive and Residential Sales Agent. As well as agency roles, Beth has also worked for the Valuer General of NSW and for a property lawyer. Further to her industry and personal experience, she has completed a Certificate IV in Property Services, a Diploma of Property Services (Agency Management), Statement of Attainment in Project Management Practice and is currently completing a Bachelor of Property Economics / Bachelor of Laws at Queensland University of Technology.

Scott's background is as an Industrial Electrician having then progressed to Project/Facilities Management and onto Operations Management. Scott's career has seen him work in industries such as manufacturing, mining and resources and renewable energy. In 2018 Scott briefly worked as a Residential Sales Agent and in 2020 as a Leasing Agent with Beth in Brisbane. These experiences combined with his trade background bring a unique to perspective to Alumuna Property and the way in which Alumuna intends to service its clients.
